Wow. Lots of fumbles in this thread.

The debate on tranza's big time webmaster vs slum dweller status aside, I think it is pretty obvious to most of us that he is actually in the adult business.

Paxum is trying to establish itself in the adult business that is full of distrust for payment processors in the first place, and is trying to to it in the aftermath of a major bloodletting initiated by Chris Mallick.

To my way of thinking, that calls for kid glove treatment customer service, especially when you are dealing with an issue like this. This is an established webmaster who wants to work with you. Your company needs the good will. So to me, it's a no brainer that you immediately refund express fees. Yes, he lives in a country that is alleged to have issues with their mail service. But webmasters from those very countries are the ones that you need to buy in to your service. Because US webmasters don't need it. It might be handy, and some might chose to use it, but we don't *need* it.

I am glad to see that it got resolved. Just remember that Paxum as a whole is on the hot seat in terms of earning trust, and every single interaction with a client can make, or lose you lots of future earnings. The company's customer service is going to play a very large role in determine which of those variables is true.

Selena, correct as usual! :thumbsup

tough shit. welcome to the porn business.

Machete_ 02-18-2011 03:26 AM

If i were Paxum, i'd close tranza's account and tell that 3rd world monkey retard to fuck off.

It would be a good business decision.

Signed up, because it was the only option for a sponsor. Did some research here. I sure hope I don't have as much trouble as those in this thread.

Brutal. How about we all treat each other with a modicum of respect. I have read nearly 100+ posts by Ruth and nowhere once did I see her jump a customer like this.

I think it's also important to note that affiliates/webmasters and cam models need to realize support isn't done on boards.

If you want support from Paxum or Payoneer or CCBill or Verizon, contact them. Don't get up on a board and air your dirty laundry and waste people's time. It's not support by mob rule.

We could all do better to act like mature business people and use the resources that are known and available to help us all.

Bitching on the boards about a simple support issue is a waste of time for everyone.

did you actually read this thread? I bet you did not!

facts:

- paxum fucked up
- paxum wants customer to pay for their fuck up

- customer not happy , paxum does not care, not their problem
- customer posts on GFY

- paxum starts out defending its actions
- everybody sees paxum is out of line and acting ignorant

- paxum quickly tries to limit the damage and make sure customer is happy
- paxum admits it made a mistake

so now tell me ? why not take it to the boards ? if Tranza did not take it here.. would paxum admit they were wrong and apologize ?? I think not ..

Huh? I was just writing in support of your efforts :) The boards aren't the place for this. I assume you agree.

The comment was not about what you said - just the fact a three month old thread got bumped randomly

I just don't see why people jump on new stuff like this. Why on earth would you, especially after the epassporte fiasco. :error

But to each their own.

Well said

McSpike 03-24-2011 08:09 AM

Why jumping on that so fast? I guess for 2 main reasons:
1) checks take time to come to countries outside US and take time to clear. the whole process takes way longer than in the US. not to add higher fees for it all.
2) ACH fees compared to international wire (if the sponsor actually has it).

Bottom line, such systems are just the cheapest payment solution. They jumped to the train quickly, but so far they are also withdrawing quickly.

TubeSubmitters 03-24-2011 11:01 AM

old threads rocks

livexxx 03-31-2011 05:13 PM

Yep, its the end of the month again :( Is there a nice link somewhere that has all these payment services on one page? Listin the transfer to credit accounts, exchange rates they use at the client end, fees payable by the client etc?

hi livexxx,

You can view Paxum fees here

https://www.paxum.com/payment/fees.p...views/fees.xsl

With regards to the specifics of what you're seeking;

Signup is FREE

NO Monthly Maintenance fees

We do not add anything to the Forex fee, so when funds are withdrawn through the Paxum Mastercard, the client pays the exchange rate determined by the ATM/bank they are using for their withdrawal; there is no mark-up by Paxum.

All Paxum accounts use USD as the standard currency.

ATM Withdrawals = $2USD per transaction (flat fee)
POS (point of sale) purchase = $1USD per transaction (flat fee)

Payments to your models would cost you a flat rate of $1USD per transfer.

We have various load options:

Wire - $50 USD - 3-5 business days
Check - $25 USD - deposited to your account as soon as received via postal service.
ACH (US only) - $5 USD - $5k daily transaction limit - 5-7 business days
P2P - Load your account from another Paxum client - instant - no fee
(more options coming soon)

We offer an easy to use mass/bulk payment tool so when it comes time to make your payments you can simply upload a single file and send your payments all at once. Peer 2 Peer payments with Paxum are INSTANT meaning your models/webmasters will have immediate access to the funds in their Paxum account.

Ewallet to Mastercard transfers are instant as well, giving your models/webmasters easy and convenient access to their money, anywhere in the world.

I'd be happy to chat with you directly so that we can discuss your business needs more intimately and find a workable solution for your payroll needs.

Please feel free to get in touch anytime so we can discuss this further:
