It's pretty common for people to have maids down here in Brazil. Ask around.

I actually have 2, one that comes daily and another one that comes 2 times a week (to do laundry and some other stuff).

How many do YOU have old man? Or do you have to clean your own toilet?

2. It took them a while to approve my account because I had sent them only one document, and to get it approved I had to send two different documents. Once I sent the second document my account was approved pretty fast.

3. They swear this card was sent on December 23rd, and I was told I might have seen the stamp from the Brazilian postal office. I have no way of confirming or denying that, as I don't work on the postal office and don't know what the stamp should look like. Lol.

I really think this was just a huge misunderstanding between me and Ruth, that got out of hand.

As I said on the beginning: Fees refunded, thread closed. I won't be commenting here anymore. I got what I wanted all along: a working card and the fees refunded. Nothing more, and nothing less.
and let this be a lesson to people doing biz with the mighty tranza.
expect him to immediately come to the boards start a thread about you defaming your business name, then back peddal when the extremely minor problem is corrected.
with your good name eternally smeared when searched for in google.

ouch, you got me.
pehaps I should come to the third world so I can get me some extra maids.

that way, I can lie and blame them for not having proof of my lies.

we are not a 1 man show and if for any reason our mailing guy fucked up of course we will apologize and pay for it and take action. Also the accounting department is in charge of taking the fees and the fees are taken automatically by the system and then manually refunded. It is normal to have been charged express fee by the system and if he was promised free shipping there is a miscommunication with accounting to credit back that fee.

Once again if it was an error on Paxum side we will of course pay the fees to the customer and take actions to make sure it does not happen again. Please post that picture of the envelope to see what happened.

Thank You
One day you guys will learn there is more to good customer service then simply replying fast to issues. People don't care how many reps can jump on a post right away, its the substance or their actions that matter to the customers.

So now its a show down. Paxum vs Tranza (their upset customer)

Paxum is demanding Tranza show proof in order for Paxum to make a simple refund of a couple bucks of fees.

After all of the poor customer service in this thread you should have came in and said "Even if we weren't wrong, we still going to make this right. The money is refunded to his card. We are sorry, problem solved".

You come across as acting too proud or too cheap (or both) and prefer to argue with an upset customer publicly then making it right. You are too stupid to realize that you will make much more money in the long run JUST FROM TRANZA, but making him happy in this "miss understanding". If he decided to say fuck it and not use your company any more not only will you lose more in future revenue generate from him but he will be a pissed off customer who will be likely to tell 100s of people bad things about you.

Then there is all of the people who read this thread and get turned off by the way you handle these type of issues that may never use your services. Hell I would have refunded the guy for more than that and I am not the one trying to keep a good image and get more customers. I would have done it simply because I believe in keeping customers happy and continuing to be my customers.

If you want to hire me to consult you on PR issues lets talk. You guys really really suck at it.

Wow. Lots of fumbles in this thread.

The debate on tranza's big time webmaster vs slum dweller status aside, I think it is pretty obvious to most of us that he is actually in the adult business.

Paxum is trying to establish itself in the adult business that is full of distrust for payment processors in the first place, and is trying to to it in the aftermath of a major bloodletting initiated by Chris Mallick.

To my way of thinking, that calls for kid glove treatment customer service, especially when you are dealing with an issue like this. This is an established webmaster who wants to work with you. Your company needs the good will. So to me, it's a no brainer that you immediately refund express fees. Yes, he lives in a country that is alleged to have issues with their mail service. But webmasters from those very countries are the ones that you need to buy in to your service. Because US webmasters don't need it. It might be handy, and some might chose to use it, but we don't *need* it.

I am glad to see that it got resolved. Just remember that Paxum as a whole is on the hot seat in terms of earning trust, and every single interaction with a client can make, or lose you lots of future earnings. The company's customer service is going to play a very large role in determine which of those variables is true.

If i were Paxum, i'd close tranza's account and tell that 3rd world monkey retard to fuck off.

It would be a good business decision.

the voice of reason - as usual

and for what it's worth: i didn't have that many Paxum transactions yet, but i received the card in a timely manner and all transactions and withdrawals worked fine so far.

Brutal. How about we all treat each other with a modicum of respect. I have read nearly 100+ posts by Ruth and nowhere once did I see her jump a customer like this.

I think it's also important to note that affiliates/webmasters and cam models need to realize support isn't done on boards.

If you want support from Paxum or Payoneer or CCBill or Verizon, contact them. Don't get up on a board and air your dirty laundry and waste people's time. It's not support by mob rule.

We could all do better to act like mature business people and use the resources that are known and available to help us all.

Bitching on the boards about a simple support issue is a waste of time for everyone.

did you actually read this thread? I bet you did not!

facts:

- paxum fucked up
- paxum wants customer to pay for their fuck up

- customer not happy , paxum does not care, not their problem
- customer posts on GFY

- paxum starts out defending its actions
- everybody sees paxum is out of line and acting ignorant

- paxum quickly tries to limit the damage and make sure customer is happy
- paxum admits it made a mistake

so now tell me ? why not take it to the boards ? if Tranza did not take it here.. would paxum admit they were wrong and apologize ?? I think not ..

The comment was not about what you said - just the fact a three month old thread got bumped randomly

Why jumping on that so fast? I guess for 2 main reasons:
1) checks take time to come to countries outside US and take time to clear. the whole process takes way longer than in the US. not to add higher fees for it all.
2) ACH fees compared to international wire (if the sponsor actually has it).

Bottom line, such systems are just the cheapest payment solution. They jumped to the train quickly, but so far they are also withdrawing quickly.

just as an aside, I'm paying out 30k or so to the ladies by cheque, wire, buckets 'o cash and paypal and god knows what else and want to move it to something less awful. Yep, its the end of the month again Is there a nice link somewhere that has all these payment services on one page? Listin the transfer to credit accounts, exchange rates they use at the client end, fees payable by the client etc?

hi livexxx,

You can view Paxum fees here

https://www.paxum.com/payment/fees.p...views/fees.xsl

With regards to the specifics of what you're seeking;

Signup is FREE

NO Monthly Maintenance fees

We do not add anything to the Forex fee, so when funds are withdrawn through the Paxum Mastercard, the client pays the exchange rate determined by the ATM/bank they are using for their withdrawal; there is no mark-up by Paxum.

All Paxum accounts use USD as the standard currency.

ATM Withdrawals = $2USD per transaction (flat fee)
POS (point of sale) purchase = $1USD per transaction (flat fee)

Payments to your models would cost you a flat rate of $1USD per transfer.

We have various load options:

Wire - $50 USD - 3-5 business days
Check - $25 USD - deposited to your account as soon as received via postal service.
ACH (US only) - $5 USD - $5k daily transaction limit - 5-7 business days
P2P - Load your account from another Paxum client - instant - no fee
(more options coming soon)

We offer an easy to use mass/bulk payment tool so when it comes time to make your payments you can simply upload a single file and send your payments all at once. Peer 2 Peer payments with Paxum are INSTANT meaning your models/webmasters will have immediate access to the funds in their Paxum account.

Ewallet to Mastercard transfers are instant as well, giving your models/webmasters easy and convenient access to their money, anywhere in the world.

I'd be happy to chat with you directly so that we can discuss your business needs more intimately and find a workable solution for your payroll needs.

Please feel free to get in touch anytime so we can discuss this further:
