Selling my current rig - Custom built i7 920 w/ SSDs

That time in all of our lives has come yet again for me, it is time to upgrade. Bigger and better things. This is still a pretty new/young machine. All components still have original boxes with software.

Case: LIAN LI Lancool PC-K62 Black link
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R link
PSU: OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W link
CPU: Intel Core i7-920 link
GPU: HIS H585F1GDG Radeon HD 5850 link
Ram: G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 link
HDD 1/2: OCZ Vertex 2.5" 30GB SSD (2 in Raid 0) link
HDD 3: HITACHI Deskstar HD31000 IDK/7K (0S00163) 1TB 7200 RPM link
Optical 1: ASUS Blu-ray link
Optical 2: LG DVD Burner link
Monitor 1/2: Dell 23" LCD S2309W link
Monitor 3: ASUS VE276Q Black 27" link

Will sell it as one deal/built machine or will gut it and sell the parts. If you read please bump.
Give me reasonable offers.

What sort of price were you hoping for it... I know the i7 alone is $500 if not more brand new.
Ive got i5 on my laptop & she works nice. My pc really could do with upgrading considering shes 2 yrs old

Maybe a guide to what you would hope, then anyone can try to drop the price Good luck with the bump & sale

I suggest working a few extra $$ into the budget for a more appropriate sized desk.

they don't show prices easily, I choose NJ store then after you add to cart they show you cost and whether its pickup only or can be delivered is variable from store to store

found through google shopping search at the store near by.

Have you not met ArseWithClass before? He is really, really pant shittingly stupid. Confusing CPUs is the least of his problems.

A quick look on ebay, and you can get all the parts new here for under $2k total, including the screens. Although honestly, i'd not bother upgrading. Its still a decent rig.

Hi Phasic,

Sell the entire rig as a whole - don't break it up. I checked the hardware you have and its phenomenal - good job! You clearly know what you were buying and what you were doing. The graphics card alone is a fantastic choice.

The value is not in the individual parts per se, but in your entire system, and in the time you put in researching the components. Most people don't understand the value in a high end graphics card, high output rock-steady power supply, proper cooling, a super-wide desktop, etc. Stick to selling your system based on the total package plus the added value of hand-selected components and you should have no problem selling it.
