even though this Diamond guy sounds like an ignorant fuck . . he makes some valid points , the money owed has been accumulating over a number of years and was most likely not made using the "stolen content" but rather just normal affiliate promoting trough his picture sites

AT November Groobybucks was banned one account (we trade with him) when he changed payment details from epass to check..
Reason was:
"It has come to our attention that your promotions, while not specifically CP, angles on that theme and plays to that customer demographic. We do not condone nor endorse CP and do not want our content associated with said promotions. As of November 1, 2010 your account "xxxxx" has been banned from the Groobybucks Affiliate Program."

All content was from legal sponsors with documents..

He has not received any payments..

Since the program contacted him several times asking how he wanted his money prior to finding out, he was violating terms, I think they hold the best hand in this.

Also they sent him DMCA notices, he can't say that he was unaware that he were violating the terms.

The fact he ignored those two things, is what leaves me to think he'll never ever win a case like this unless the affiliates lawyer fucks up. But that if he goes to court and it would be pretty silly thing to do based on the amount in question.

Today video was removed from xvideos.. It was online may be 1 month may be 1 year (Grooby know it better). I removed that gallery aftrer i received abuse from Grooby..

First you had longer then 7 minutes for sure, I saw em so stopping dreaming there. Also I seriously doubt that a porn site owner is going to give out full videos for type in traffic to an illegal tube, that is just stupid,,, the point of an affiliate is to tease a surfer so he or she desires to see more and gets their ass into buying a membership.. You dont give it all away and also many of these illegal tubes have started to remove the watermark and put their own fake ones anyway.
