150 lol at guy who thinks that publishing stolen content is what sponsors want
|
|
I thought copyright violations were of Civil Matter, not Legal Matters.
If it were a Legal Matter, couldn't you just call the cops? If it is a civil matter, then what did he do that was ILLEGAL? Not against the rules, but ILLEGAL? Sounded like a good question in my head. :) |

even though this Diamond guy sounds like an ignorant fuck . . he makes some valid points , the money owed has been accumulating over a number of years and was most likely not made using the "stolen content" but rather just normal affiliate promoting trough his picture sites
if that is the case he should just get paid I think .. |
2 pre-check cross sales on a revshare program, sweet fucking deal.

Lots of mainstream affiliate programs keep the cash you earned if you violate their terms. |

yup he pays for the video productions for the content he stole and then he gets his money back

For the thief Groobybucks:
http://info.xvideos.com/content/fingerprint/ If you want move our your videos you can do it.. But i think you upload your movies yourself to get type-in traffic.. For all: AT November Groobybucks was banned one account (we trade with him) when he changed payment details from epass to check.. Reason was: "It has come to our attention that your promotions, while not specifically CP, angles on that theme and plays to that customer demographic. We do not condone nor endorse CP and do not want our content associated with said promotions. As of November 1, 2010 your account "xxxxx" has been banned from the Groobybucks Affiliate Program." All content was from legal sponsors with documents.. He has not received any payments.. |

Also they sent him DMCA notices, he can't say that he was unaware that he were violating the terms. The fact he ignored those two things, is what leaves me to think he'll never ever win a case like this unless the affiliates lawyer fucks up. But that if he goes to court and it would be pretty silly thing to do based on the amount in question. |

that sucks!
|
you got burned
you broke the TOS so even if you have sales from "legit" sites, your affiliate account is gone maybe you shouldn't have posted 40 min videos in the fist place |
Quote:
1) You only embedded short 7 min clips? 2) Are those clips still on XVideos? Show us. If you can't show us the short videos you embedded, just suck it up and go away. |

That is snapshot of my gallery: http://webcache.googleusercontent.co...www.google.com Today video was removed from xvideos.. It was online may be 1 month may be 1 year (Grooby know it better). I removed that gallery aftrer i received abuse from Grooby.. Video was 7 min length. |
dude get a lawyer. why would you be posting anything?

First you had longer then 7 minutes for sure, I saw em so stopping dreaming there. Also I seriously doubt that a porn site owner is going to give out full videos for type in traffic to an illegal tube, that is just stupid,,, the point of an affiliate is to tease a surfer so he or she desires to see more and gets their ass into buying a membership.. You dont give it all away and also many of these illegal tubes have started to remove the watermark and put their own fake ones anyway. Just give it up, you lost, either get a lawyer and fight it or shut up, bitching here isnt going to change Grooby's mind. |

I'm not siding with anyone here... but if you're not letting him "profit from stolen content" shouldn't you be terminating all the $2400 in joins & rebills then refunding them as well as terminating his affiliate account for the violations?
|
laters I am done with this post....
|
what happend finally?
