Well money is stolen..It's fact.. I have done they claim and delete videos.. But not received any money.. Also they not shows NATS url with my signups (because i have clean picture sites and they know it)..
They can not fight with tube like xvideos but they can steal money from webmasters..

1)we didn't see any mails from grooby until payment request. We've got first letter about illegal content once we posted our payment info!
2) I don't have any responsibilities for xvideos content and i can't know was these content stolen or not. If it was stolen i remove it, i am against the illegal content as you are.

Here is how to settle the entire mess. Groobybucks should send DiamondD75 an invoice for the use of the stolen content that "appeared" on his site. Once that is paid, Groobybucks should reinstate DiamondD75's account and pay the $2400. Then decide if he learned his lesson or not and either let him stay or can him at that point.

they were embeds not hosted by him. i think its bullshit :2 cents: if i read it right they were hosted on another site and when they came into question they were delete not the file but the embed from his site.
