Software to plan website projects/layout?

I'm looking for a good piece of software to plan website projects, stuff like internal linking structure, page layout, notes for certain pages, etc...

Would be great if some of you would have some suggestions for me

I hate when people on here say "did you try google?"

In case you didn't know, this board is a fuckin' resource for webmasters. That's what the purpose of GFY is, for webmasters to get help from other webmasters.

www.balsamiq.com if you want to blueprint UIs and stuff

I use it for the planning of my projects and from my mainstream clients.

It's an Adobe AIR app and very good for mockups

Pencil Project does a good job. It's currently available for Windows and Linux as a standalone application or as a Firefox addon.
