Just a small question...

I developed a PHP script recently, to manage banners. Adding more and more functionalities... I was wondering if that script could help others ?

It has not been tested on high traffic sites yet. But I've worked with that kind of sites, and if that tool is useful for webmasters I can make it very light for big sites. It would be more a matter of server CPU than script optimization.
