We tried a site with all Arabic language etc - had 60 attempted cc signups in three days - every one got declined.

I found a dialer for turkish traffic, but that's about it. Must be their bid for UN membership.

we get a lot too to the chat rooms sometimes. mostly military guys. there is a lot of foreign soldiers stationed there, so you may not want to covert your sites to Islam just yet
