A thread was posted here on GFY a few days ago asking about Brazzers conversions. I recall over a dozen people replied that they had bad conversions with you. You tend not to have a very good reputation with affiliates even without factoring in the piracy. My theory is that the bad reputation with affiliates probably in part pushed you to invest in tubes in the first place.

I also think you kept your ownership of Webcams.com quiet for as long as you did in part due to that reputation.

So he probably made a ton then, if he was 1/3rd owner he might have made 15-20mil from that alone and possibly another 5-10 from nats? Still doesn't account for 100mil but it's closer to 50%.

Not hearsay, not mob rule, not on what will make me popular, but on real facts that I see for myself. Until I saw what I needed to see, I had no choice but to think otherwise. I know some companies who will set out to destroy others in this very manner, by bad PR. I'm not falling for that and it is a shame so many of you do.

7) Still, where is the proof of a card being banged and prove to me it was banged and they didn't just miss a cross sale. Prove it. I said it back then and NOT ONE PERSON did it, and that was to screen record the entire sign up and cancel process for everyone to see. Record it all. Then when extra charges came, everyone could see it who's fault it was. Did anyone do it? No. They just cried and said their card was banged. Yet mine never was, and I'd love to sit here right now and tell you they banged the hell out of it, but I can't. So you have to wonder about those who joined and those making posts and what their motive was. "Proof" is not a credit card statement. Proof would have been a recorded sign up and cancel. No one ever did it, even after I begged them to do it so they could show me that I was in the wrong. Why do you think that is?

8) Glenn is still part of I$, don't let anyone tell you different. The dumb fucks never terminated my sever account with them and until just recently I had access to EVERYTHING they were working on and Glenn still had to approve everything while in Colombia. They have a folder just for him and everything goes through it along with notes and everything else. You would not believe the shit they kept on their servers. Idiots.

The soloconverts charges that mysteriously started appearing on people's cards were not part of the original cross sales and it made more sense once it was revealed I$ was in bed with them.

Anyway, forget I$, I too share the same concerns as you about Manwin. I just think we're going to have to wait to see how it all plays out as it appears we're not going to get the answers we're looking for from Fabian.

If someone doesn't get paid for any number of reasons, but many other affiliates are, I can only assume there is a problem with that affiliate. Not unheard of in this business, especially with PPS. I think your numbers are really high. I doubt Nats was worth 15-30 million back at the end of 2006.

You right though, my income is dependent ZERO on whether I post here or not, hell it probably goes up if I don't post here. It's not like there is new people getting involved in this industry. In December 2008, Jain was listed as a defendant in the Federal Trade Commission's case against so-called "Scareware" applications such as WinFixer. The case alleges that several companies scammed consumers into buying these applications through malware and banner ads.

In mid-December 2008 US District Judge, Richard D. Bennett, fined Innovative Marketing $8000 US for each day that it continues to sell bogus scareware software on its website.

On January 26, 2009, a stay was removed for a bench warrant initially issued for Jain's arrest on January 12, 2009 by United States District Judge Ronald M. Whyte. The bench warrant was entered into court records on February 11, 2009.

Jain is officially a fugitive from justice in the United States.
