probably go buy it (without actually paying), you will have his payment info, etc then... at least you will then know who you are dealing with..

Get a post office box in a anti-porn state and then buy the DVD and let him mail
it to you there.

yea, I will let you know who it is after I'm done with them. they are also selling a picture CD with 17000 images. will an online lawyer work? in a small town and don't want to use anyone local.

it's content from a copyrighted DVD I sell, I think I can do more than just a threating letter. this is my first time dealing with something like this, once I get the copy in the mail and confirm the scene is on the DVD, I will find out what a lawyer says.

I dont know if its still the same but getting stuff like that delisted from EBay used to be a hoop jumping exercise. Not so much that they will not do it, you just have to go thru the motions they stipulate. It may of course be easier now. If you are going to get a lawyer with the idea to sue then yes it would be a very good idea to get a copy and screenshot as much as you can.

Just be aware that what ebay will tell you and what is the legal reality probably won't match up. You have more recourse than they will let on. Ebay likes to pretend that their precious user policy trumps law.

Adult area is filled with guys selling pictures and videos of well known girls like Next Door Nikki and many others. Some fucker was selling my videos as well. Ebay didn't do anything about it. I had to bid on idiots auctions and claim fraud to make him stop.

I had the same thing happen to me.

I try not to think about it because it pissed me off so much and there wasn't a god dam thing I could do about it.

I think it would be easier to get Jimmy Hoffa on the phone than someone from ebay.

All I could do is go thru there DMCA bullshit and I don't even think that worked.

I gave up.
