Well im bored so figure id tell you about this.

As much as everyone may hate Wells Fargo for everyday banking and business transactions, we are #1 in the country for mortgage services!

If you are planning to do a refinance or need some cash out from your equity ill gladly give you a free quote.

Maybe 10 questions, 2 minutes and 20 minutes later, i can quote you a rate, payment, term and anything else you need to know.

Well i hate spamming and rarely do it, i agree this is spam but maybe some people are looking for my services?

Rates can go as low as 4.25% on a 30yr fixed, and as high as maybe 11% (all depends on credit and equity vs property value)

Income is not a factor, we have many "stated" programs where we dont verify assets, employment or income.

beleive it or not that is very rare.

These companies dont want to sell your house, they want you to pay the 6%-11% over all the years, thats how they make the most money.
