beleive it or not that is very rare.


These companies dont want to sell your house, they want you to pay the 6%-11% over all the years, thats how they make the most money.

same scam as the car sales that say "if your not approved, we give you $1,000!!!"

they say no fee's. then tell you to show up at table with $13,000 down payment, lol
