You purchased single domain licenses when I didn't offer the unlimited domain license. Nobody else has complained about the upgrade fee but you.

You purchased 2 single domain licenses nearly 2 years ago. I have given you the free upgrades each time for those domain licenses. You did not purchase unlimited domain licenses.
