We know it's time for an overhaul of our online stats. It's coming.

In the meantime, we provide all the raw data you can look at via our data dumps.

Look for new online stats in the near future. Long overdue. We would love to hear from Epoch clients about what they would like to see. Drop me a line. [email protected].

Honestly, I like ARS's stats the best. They're easy, complete, customizeable, they do just about everything right in that aspect. CCBill's stats are great too, dunno what the refreshing business is all about. I don't like ibill, too many clicks and passwords that expire in 30 days after you start? what the fuck is that about?

I like epoch better than ibill because with epoch your rebills are broken down by trial conversions and month to month conversions. Those are important numbers that I don't get from Ibill.

As for pay per sign up stats, FlashCash's are a bit of a pain.
If I log in and want to know how many joins I had yesterday, I have to go through the site by site breakdown to get the dates of the joins. (Unless I remember how many joins I had MTD yesterday)

No offence, but Ibill is dying. Look at your stock price, you state
it is b/c of the new Visa regs in a press release. I would love
to see if CCbill or Epoch are moving more $$$ after November.
Everyone is jumping shit from Ibill, simply b/c you guys aren't
going to make it. You owe ppl $$$, you scrub hard, bad
customer service, etc. Start looking for a backup job, b/c you
will need it within 6 months.

Almost every AVS. No data just hits and joins usually.

The best stats are CE. They have absolutely everything. You can track link one compared to link two. Time of day your folks sign up. Just tons of stuff. Now if I could figure out how to make more money with all of that info.

Lenny2 - not true :-)

Click on the 'Total' link at the bottom of the stats and you'll get the daily breakdown of everything.

Have you tried the 'Stats Tagging' feature yet? Together with the complete referrer stats, this gives you a complete overview of where your traffic is coming from.

More importantly, it can tell you what TGPs are worth submitting to and which ones are a waste of bandwidth

Yours,
Mark Rhino

Rand,

Ibill (I believe) has some of the most comprehensive stats. Some of the things that I'd like to see you guys implement are:
Projected rebills (by site and by day), compare vs stats (to quickly see sales vs last month or last year, etc), report that matches refunds/chargebacks to their original sales date so that I can look for trends and get a grip on customer service issues quicker.

Thanks!

Hmm... Projected rebills. How many others like that feature? It seems like it wouldn't mean a lot because it's not an actual number. But, that's what I'm here to find out. Do other WM's like that projection figure too??

The other stuff you mention sounds really good.

Nice to see Mark from Rhino chime in.

Thanks Mark, you're right.....I didn't even see that link down there.

And yes, the referrer stats with the option for additional tagging is really nice as well

Of coure, even when I thought your stats sucked I still used you because you convert, and that's what really matters

Yeah Rand, you've had this radio button in the stats area for awhile that says "active member count"
I've been dying for you guys to get that working. That and maybe a graph that shows your % conversion from trial and % conversion for monthly. (I can figure this out manually but its a pain and time consuming)

Although it isn't a "real" number, it is a good gauge of our rebill database and there isn't much we like to watch closer than that.

There isn't anything that makes me happier than watching a steady increase in my "projected rebills" and there isn't anything that makes me panic more than watching that number go down...

I'm getting regular web900 payouts now. I can't believe I'm the only one....

I don't expect I'll ever get paid for the sales that Worldcom never paid for, but all new transactions are getting paid out just peachy.

I don't think the financial hit Ibill took recently is any more unrecoverable than the big loss Epoch had a couple years back and they made it through ok. We were as much as 5 months behind on payments from Epoch and so far, Ibill has caught up with nearly everyone, leaving only a few clients a month or so behind.

With the financial stability behind Ibill, I don't really see them going under any time soon. The company's direction seems to be heading away from the high risk merchant, but that doesn't equate to bankruptcy.

Oh! And another thing I'd reallly, really like is to be able to pull a report of all email addresses of active members and a report of all email addresses of expired members.

We do a lot of very successful marketing to expired Ibill subscribers and this report alone would help me make a lot more money at Epoch.

Thanks!!

Globill stats I hate. It took my accountant more time to figure out the breakdown from the companies paying us that I ended up paying my accountant more than the sponsors paid me. So, anyone using Globill, I won't work with anymore until they can fix their stats to make it easy to use...
