Tried emailing but no response.

When people want to signup they get a "certificate unvalid for this website" warning.

Please contact me asap. Not sure if others have been gettung these.

Nope, that error there is in the admin backend.
This one shows up for surfers trying to pay, thats even worse.

Zombaio is the perfect example of when something sounds to go to be true, it generally is. People were having issues with them ever since they started, not getting paid, etc.

Pay a bit more money and go with companies that have a solid track record.

Exactly same thing happened this time last year as I recall.

Certificate expired and new certificate wasn't updated because the people who could do it were on vacation

excuse but zombiao has years around without problems until now

Zombaio pays me three days early most times, wires due Monday come on Friday, never missed a payment. But with that said letting your certificate expire this year after you went through this last year.............seriously?

I received an email from a surfer at 5:19pm saying he couldn't log in with his trial membership, and was asking for a refund. I got an email from Zombaio Support at 5:59pm saying "we're currently experiencing some disturbance in the service (lags). Technicians are working on replacement of hardware, which should be done within a couple of hours.

The service should go as normal most of the time but there can be some lags during the day."

Do these events seem related? I told the customer the card was likely declined, because I never got a join confirmation. But now that I've received the maintenance advisory, I'm thinking there might be something else going on.

Any ideas?

I stated a fact. There was a certificate issue last year also. It doesn't have to all be related to failure.

I am sure somebody will find and bump the certificate thread from last year.
