Scrubs the most: Ibill
Approves the Most: Epoch then CCbill Best customer service.... Dunno... Only contacted two of them. Contacted epoch accounting by email, never got a response, but what I asked to be done was done. Contacted CCbill by phone. My card had been denied the nite before for insuffient funds, and the next day I checked and my CC company released more funds, so I tried to pay again, but it was saying "Your CC has already been denied". Was informed by ccbill that once it is denied, it is 24 hours since the LAST denied attempt before it will be approved again. Didn't like that, but at least they had the answers. ZoiNk

Exactly. I use Globill, and I'm sure it scrubs a lot, and I'm glad it does because that's one of the reasons, I'm sure, it was able to line things up to avoid the charges a lot of the aforementioned companies passed along to webmasters. It's also the reason that some of the other companies have had to soften the blow of those charges and/or eat them.

Scubbing is important for high risk 3rd party transactions. Without scrubbing chargebacks and fraud would be out of control and pretty soon we would all be out of business.
But, for all those trans that get scrubbed out, you need to send them to epassporte. All denials, all blocked countires, all those cards that get held up in scrubbing have a shot at getting a Visa tran through with epassporte. If you're not using it, your losing $$. Word.
