First this:
Then this:
And if you dont like me posting videos then start your own board.
My threads had a lot of time put into them. I dont show up in every thread.
When I posted the Oswald Poll I gave the members here thanks for voting by posting a whole bunch of pics history ect. It took me two days.
Same with Top 20 My Hottest Babe thread, And my Hottest Avatar thread. And more.
The members know the cat is as hard a worker and as big hearted a guy as ever will be on this board.
I think the mgmt enjoys my stuff frankly.
So YOU leave or else leave me alone.
Ya know I once jumped you. And I was wrong. I apologized. It was a misunderstanding. Before I posted today I wondered is he going to go off?
Ya lunkhead I was trying to mend bridges. I thought we could talk about the $800. Instead YOU go off on me.
Like an old pizza guy. I never throw the first punch but corner me and ill tear the hinges off the door getting out and maybe take you with me.
I have a lot of anger in me. Truth is, I saw hell. Beware of the guy who
all the time.
I guess we all are supposed to spend all day having no fun, no videos, dead serious all the time, make sure our text is right, spend all day trying to destroy the other guy which as we all know is all Lazy ever does.
Read my last 50 posts. All full of honest tips for fellow affils to help them, along with some vids yes. Things dont have to be dead serious all the time. Some of us get inspired by music. The vids are for us.
Read LC's last 50 posts. All up someones ass trying to destroy them. Not one tip for anyone.
I came to the board and only to this thread, I had a couple jokes. I felt bad Dave is going under. This is not happy to me. I told a couple stories. cherrylula gets the humor and reponds, I post a vid.
Things were going great here till YOU got bitchy.
You leave.
Wow, you got some serious issues dude, feels like alienq all over again."WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..

Let's try to put this train back on the rails...
That's not the shittiest change in TOS I've seen, but still pretty shady IMO.
I don't think any program enjoys when webmasters bring something to the boards, I feel them on that- 9 times out of 10 it's a blown out misunderstanding that could have been handled with a simple email or ICQ.... but board posts get results, it's the culture we've created.
An affiliate's account balance is revenue they've worked for, it's their fucking paycheck. If someone works for you in an office, puts in a 9 to 5, and calls you an asshole at the end of the week- sure you get to fire that person, but you don't get to shred their paycheck.
Every company has the right to choose who they do and do not do biz with, but to hold earnings hostage.. that shit is just beyond petty.

in 1999 someone posted all my personal info. I left the boards right then for 8 years.
I am going nowhere this time.
Post it. I will have you banned then I will post even more about myself including my middle name and size of my cock before I drill you a new asshole.
That shit pissed me off and if I ever find out who the fucken coward was.. cmon out today and admit it.
Lets talk about it today.
Sorry, I am sensitive when anyone tries to muscle me.
i'm not afraid anymore

Yeah I can understand why programs don't want affiliates running to the boards when most of the time its a simple misunderstanding that can be worked out directly between them. However, in this case, Dave not only chose to cancel affiliates without an explanation, but ignored emails from them asking what was going on. He left them with no choice but to go to the boards, and then ignored threads by them asking what was going on. Now it just looks like he changed the TOS so he'd have justification to keep monies owed.Let's try to put this train back on the rails...

If you notice he's continuously blaming his victims. He's also trying to scare them into not talking with threats of lawsuits. A psychologist would have a field day.
I felt sorry for him at first but it's hard to when someone continues on in this way.

I emailed Dave to keep my paycheck as he needs the funds more than I do. Don't want to get stuck with NSF fees, anyhow. He was so polite to write back 'thank you' and wished me a Merry Christmas and HNY. A semi-nice guy at the end, but no apology.Comment

He actually thanked you when you told him to keep the money YOU earned and he refused to pay you? Ha.The best ePassporte replacement I have found: OKPAYComment

Any affiliates getting burned by that TOS change should talk to an attorney if they have any sort of money at stake. Or just go to small claims if necessary. The only place on the planet I imagine that is legal to do would be Venezuela if Chavez decrees it to be so on a whim.HomegrownCash.com, the affiliate program of Homegrown Video - The Largest Collection of Amateur XXX - Est. 1982.

Wow - late to this drama, and the dramas-within-dramas, as it were.
Everyone shouldn't take shit so damn seriously - UNLESS you lost money, then I am sympathetic to you and your dilemma.
ONE QUESTION TO CYBERAGE DAVE, CHRIS MALLICK ET AL:
Don't you dumbass fucktards ever DIVERSIFY and put away some cash for a rainy day? Hey dudes: IT'S RAINING. IRA anyone? How about Annuities? No? Coke, 'ho's and cars instead? Okay!

Actually, it says "or actions arising from disputes" so I think that is meant to mean you can't talk publicly about any actions they take against you. Presumably that includes actions like not sending checks though it's unclear if that includes lack of action like not replying to emails and not sending a check while not receiving any notification from them that you have violated their agreement is also a lack of action so you should be able to call them out publicly here for that and not be in breach

New CyberGays TOS, everyone has to pay $1000 or 1.5 * their monthly revenues, which ever is more or default on their earnings and rebills and be banned from the program. Also, if you are wearing any clothing made of cotton you are automatically removed from our system. If its raining anywhere in your state you owe us $50 in the month of December. If the sun sets in the west today your checks will be shredded instead of mailed. Each time you log into your webmaster panel we will deduct one new sale and 10 rebills from your stats. For each email to support we charge you $15 in processing fees. All remaining webmasters will pay $10,000 yearly to remain in our new platinum only program and pay for all company lambo and ferrari oil changes.
sounds more like a Kardasian prepaid debit card.Comment

Actually, when I think back, this was on the horizon about a year ago. Back then I stopped receiving emails from Cyberage about new sales, but I still had transactions on my stats. As long as I was able to access stats, I thought the sales emails ended up in spam and I did not bother. Thinking back I believe it must have been a expedited scam by Cyberage to phase out affiliate payments by not letting people know about transactions in the first place - then go offline with stats bit by bit to go unnoticed when webmasters were cut off from stats and pay. That was a solid plan. It's so transparentComment

What he said; this is really one of the most egregious acts of dishonesty and theft and that's saying a lot. Changing a TOS to censor people from publically complaining about not getting paid? Fucking kidding me?Comment

It's a sort of God complex. When you see it makes you sad that you even sent them one click in the past and helped them build their business. There are many out there just like him. Watch out.
