so are you making more from infringement cases yet than you are losing from pirates ?

It's good you monetizing people stealing from you.

We all know its not them paying because they knew they are guilty, it's them paying because they don't want to be exposed. Every professional you find is a win, every broke loser you find isn't going to pay up.

Congrats though, its good to see some people get caught and have to shell out bucks.

If publicized, will these "settlements" with copyright infringing
torrent users be interrupted by legitimate users as never to be directed toward them?
Or, interpreted as the willingness of the porn industry to violate their legitimate users' privacy.

If and when it comes down to that, suits can be filed anonymously protecting the defendant's identity from what I understand. No need to publicize.

At least it's working. Doesn't have to work 100% of the time but if people find out that other people are getting sued at least some of them will stop or never start.

I don't think the point is to collect on EVERY pirate, I think the point is to start deterring people who are or might pirate porn.

You should reinvest at least 50% into keywords for the different torrent sites so they gain more traffic, run them through your own domain so you already have their IP in advance and just shoot out the settlement letters as they click through....
