Only early 2000. Just found this one a few months later. Must have been not too long before they went under as they had started 'fining' people who didn't use it :D
Please note that If you choose not to use your Viewbar software -- so that your account is inactive (no surfing at all) for three months -- we will charge you GBP 3.9 for those three months, and then GBP 1.3 per month thereafter as an account maintenance fee. Such charges will continue until you become active again (meaning you surf for at least one hour); your account reaches zero; or your account is terminated according to any of the ways specified in the Membership Agreement. Of course, your account will not go below zero.
