You know I can rag on PH all day long but this is your own stupidity for hosting anything on a virtual account. Virtual Hosting has problems related to other users on the servers. I don't like PH nor do I endorse them, however they obviously in this suituation took care of their customers 100% better than hosthybrid did. The more and more I hear rants on this board the more and more I realize the stupidity behind them.
Did you even bother reading their TOS when you signed up with them? They do make it very clear they do not provide any type of backups or assurance.

Like I didn't have a complete back-up of my sites...jeez - it was my current trades that got fucked up.
How they took care of me 100% more than hosthybrid did I can't figure as I never dealt with hosthybrid... I can't even login to the server anymore to see what their last backup is dated. The whole idea of their setup was that this situation should not occur
