Looking for Freeware, Traffic Trade scripts
Hiya mates,
Basic n00b question here that hopefully doesn?t make me look like a complete retard:
I?m looking for a script that will auto-rank the Traffic Traders on my Top List/Referral List.
-I?m not looking for anything elaborate. Just something free of charge that will continually update that 1-30 ranking listed at the bottom of my TGP. (BTW, I?m assuming Comus, etc, has a built in option to post rankings on the webpage itself ? rather than just a behind the curtain stats panel? I?m specifically looking for the ?visible? option. The kind you see on numerous TGP?s at the bottom.)
-Initially I?ll be skimming off a responsible (for both surfer and webmaster) ratio of clicks to referral sites. If there are in fact any limited free scripts for a Referral List, are there any that might include this capability? Any free scripts that might handle this alone? Any that don?t shave 1%?
-Anything out there to alert me to hitbotting? (Once again, uh ? free?)
Initially I?m being a cheap bastard until I can work out the kinks and determine whether pimping smut might be a realistic option for me, what with the sensational decline in bandwidth cost these days (designs skills are decent, pc knowledge respectable, sensibility credibility and business acumen is a plus, very pervy ? I might be good at this gig). Once I begin seeing the numbers properly, I?m sure I?ll purchase all the valuable time-savers that have these options built-in - if this opportunity makes sense for me.
If the best recommendation is I go the Comus script (ePower Trader), I?m willing to do so ? but I?m interested to know of any other options I might have.
