traffic problem. need some help

the first sorry for my bad english :-)

i am new in the tgp business. i need some ideas to get a little bit more traffic to my site.
i have make this steps

1. nice design and i think good pictures to increse productivity

2. i have added 50 traders. (i want more but read step 3)

3. i want add more traders but the most sites call me please fore 30, 50, 100, or more hits to start trade.
how i can do this.

some webmasters say to me ad 300 trades but i have only ~ 900-1000 unique visitors and can´t force (30,50,100 hits)
to each trader.

need help please

you need to start with smaller trades and work your way up to the bigger ones.
