I need webmaster advise, im desperate!!

I just started a site a few weeks ago. I wanted to know what most of you webmasters did when you we're first starting. I need the traffic! I get 1200 hits a day to a few of my gallery pages and simply get a few clicks but no signups.

I know this is not unheard of, but is everyone just struggling right now? or what the hell and I doing wrong?

I've been at your site several times and it look fantastic so the only thing that I can think of is that people are not signing up because they have to catch up with there Xmas bills.

I'm sure it's gonna do well for you but you may have to be patient.
