I have switched to dedicated hosting and will be working on design as I have time. The current design is just something I threw together (obviously) and will evolve as we go along. The site is converting well already, so please don't be afraid to sign up and help get it going...

When running a paysite, your navigation must be perfect.
You need to tripple check everything.
Your visitors are critical and I don't blame them for that, one click to 404 and they might be gone.

You might want to reconsider your approach to other peoples comments.

Whether or not he was being a smartass is not the issue at all. All he did was point out a problem with one of your links. You were then able to fix it. That can only be seen as a good thing for you in my opinion and shooting off remarks like 'smartass' to people who are effectively helping you fix your site is not a great way to get yourself some affiliates

Most of the tips and comments posted in this thread will help you get the best sales and conversions for your site/program so make the most of it

My advice do not go and try to redesign this site yourself. Go and pay the extra bucks to get a professional designer to do your tour pages and members area. I have free sites with better designs.

The funny thing with paysites like this, is that it can take up to 20 designs before you'll find out which one is converting the best.

for example i'm currently finishing my 17th design.

it doesn't have to be a beauty, but it should trigger the viewer!
