Is Chameleon submitter good?

I'm wondering what people think of Chameleon submitter. I've been having difficulties using it. I'm brand new to the industry.

If you already got Chameleon, then you should know that its supposed to be the easiest software out there, very user friendly..

The tool is our product, its a big help for webmaster and as peeperpimp said it does all it should do + its database its being updated on a regular daily basis.
