Submitter with scheduler and mass-import?

Example you submit 5 gals/day to a certain site, you don't want to go through the motions of clicking dropdowns for fields in the submitter, filling in text areas, etc. for 5 galleries. I'd like to have the program import via CSV the url, submit url, local thumb path, etc,etc. from a text file or shit, even an excel spreadsheet whichever. Anyone know of a submitter that can handle this?
