I had my sites with ibill.com and when they bought this bullshit in about 750 for visa I changed to multicards.com
Ibill had an affilliate program multi cards dont is there such a thing or company that can run a partner program and link it to your billing company.
when I say partner program ie: I have the site you send the customer he signs up I have to pay you some bucks !!!
