Yeah just use google to find link dumps or even forums where you're allowed to dump links.

Linkass.com has been pretty good for me too over the last few months. I've got two ratio dump sites http://www.babedrop.com and http://www.likethesex.com which require a small % of traffic to be sent to my galleries or front page in order to post.

What is a link dump?

A link dump is where you can submit galleries to be shown so you can hopefully gain traffic from the submiting of the galeries to that site.

Some sites you can just plug your sites main page.
