I have/had a webmaster but he do and did not understand
the adult market ( no refshare programs / no affialiats programs
no TGP or freeones where he made traffic) we had nothing - thats I think we did make only little money,other problem was we did allways ONE girl sites ,
so after a while the girl did make no money and stoped produce content and now I am looking for a webmaster in USA with CCBILL billing solutions
and a webmaster we make - build a new company.

I would like to help you out, but I'm not the the best at graphic design however if you need your websites to get a good location in the different search engines I can do that for you. It would be a good idea to look for companies selling their extra traffic for a low rate, for example 10,000 people to your website for $30.00 ( you will have to look around for yourself for adult traffic that you trust ! )
