Hi, I have a new linkshare program on my site. It's a mainstream site, but I have the ability to keep adult and mainsteam users seperate, so adult ads are ok.

I am interested in having people share traffic, as well as if you could also give me pointers on the best way to motivate webmasters to use it. Is there more you need to know about the site or do you care? Is it easy to use? Useful? Do I need a better page rank before webmasters will notice me etc etc etc...
