Need traffic to feed site, will get permanent link

I have not long started a new site, and need to feed it with
traffic. I am not using a script but will put permanent link in place or small banner (if you can send good traffic)
Will put up to four 120x60 banners on site in exchange for 500+ hits if anyone is interested
