Looking for a Marketing Guy.....

Hi guys, I em looking to hire a marketing guy. My company runs BobBucks and a number of paysites in Las Vegas. We are offering "weekly paycheck" and a "percentage of what the site or sites bring in". I would like to hire someone in town but all resimaes are welcome.
