traffic tips anyone?

Hi Everyone! I was wondering how does one go about increasing their traffic? Our site is FREE but I need hits so I can establish the company name with the adult community and eventually sell our videos through our site. If anyone can steer me towards a tutorial or tools to market my site, I would greatly appreciate it! This board hasn't let me down yet
