There are two link lists right now that are growing. The main one has a PR5 and some decent traffic. If you can add your sites into the correct categories and hook the LL up with a recip then I can hook you up with a partner account. That means instant approval for your listing!
About mirror pages for sites - it's pefectly fine if you'd like to submit a mirror page. However I do urge you to submit your main page because Google follows the links from the LL. Just from being listed in the LL I've gotten some pages ranked PR3 after the last pr update from the LL.
