I'm not really sure about how to understand your requirements, cause you write, that you demand a warning page as the first page.

I run free-quality-porn.com (currently only FHG, but submission of user galleries has begun).
It's a category based TGP, with each category having its own "index" page, and a general frontpage with mixed categories.

I'd like to submit each index-page to your link list if thats possible, but the warning page scares me off
