    OK, here's what's up. I have an ethnic TGP that I don't have the time for and have been neglecting the hell out of so I turned it into a toplist. It was ranked PR4 and gets a small amount of traffic from SE. Be the first to sign up now while the traffic is still good!

      i just signed up...but it says it hasnt updated since Aug 30th, so whats up with that?
