I wanted to make a completely transparent and honest post about my current situation. I am an adult model, but I felt a strong need to do something more with my life. I wanted to create something of my own and build a bigger future, so for the past few months, I have been locked away coding an independent NSFW and gaming social platform from scratch.
The platform is built to connect users and creators in a brand new way. Users can chat, do cam-to-cam, engage in dirty snapping, and actually play games together with the creators. However, the gaming aspect goes deeper than just traditional games. I have built in games centered around fitness, tidying up, health, and daily life. My goal is for this platform to be a genuinely good thing for men, moving beyond just sex and adult content. It is a difficult society out there for many men, and I wanted to create a space that focuses on wellbeing, self-care, and taking care of them. The main core of the platform is built heavily around creator growth and visibility. Every creator is highly visible to all users on the site, and I have integrated extensive, aggressive cross-promotion features directly into the system to drive traffic out to the creators' own external sales platforms. I want this to be an ecosystem where the community lifts each other up—where established creators actually profit from helping smaller creators grow, without anyone charging the smaller accounts for help.
Right now, the business model is based on a subscription to cover the hosting and operational costs. My immediate goal is just to pay the monthly bills, keep the site running, and hopefully clear enough profit to live on. Long-term, my dream is to transition this into a revenue-share model based on a percentage of what the creators earn, but for now, it is about basic survival and keeping the servers up.
I poured everything into this project, which has put me in a very tight financial spot. My colleagues did not believe in the idea enough to jump on board, and hitting the brick wall with adult industry banking and merchant processing was way harder than I ever anticipated. It has been a vulnerable and challenging road, and I will admit that I might have miscalculated how brutal the business side would be.
The platform is up, and I currently have 800 registered users. However, I cannot launch it properly yet due to the usual high-risk merchant processing challenges in the adult industry. My immediate next step is integrating crypto payments to bypass the banking issues, but honestly, I need help, advice, and guidance on absolutely everything related to running and marketing this platform.
I am here because I need a lifeline, advice, and visibility.
