CCBill, and Segpay are the top choice but their fees are high especially for startups.

CCBill and Segpay are the obvious names, but do not choose only by fee. Get written approval for the exact AI/adult product, recurring billing and target countries, then compare reserves, chargeback rules, age-verification expectations, moderation requirements, descriptor and termination/data-portability terms. If possible, design the site so a second processor can be added later.
