I have to ask you.. do you get anything from your trades with Milkman's Bookmarks, Tommy's Bookmarks Dr Bizarro etc. ?

Those are very big sites that only trade clicked traffic. And I know for a fact that you have to send around 100 / day just to make it into Dr. Bizarro's runner's up page.

I think it would serve you better if you focused on getting trades that are more like your own and then work on growing those trades. Right now you've got too many banners and text-link trades that are that are probably getting a few clicks that could be sent to blind trades that will grow your site... but instead it's just wasting traffic.
