Need Advice?

Ok, if anyone needs advice on what they can do to improve traffic to their site, post here. Here is what I need to offer advice...


1) Your website address
2) How much traffic you currently get per day.

Traffic is currently about 600 hits a day on the homepage, which is mostly traffic coming from a few hosted galleries and some hard links.

Liv, do you have an affiliate program? That would be one of the first things I would make. Have them help you promote your site.

Second, trade links. Trade a lot of links with a lot of people.

Also, maybe hire a designer to re-do the site. I'm always a fan of keeping a site simple, but not shy of perfection.

Finally, make fan signs for people. Wait until you have your affiliate program running and offer to make fan signs for people on the main forum.

New link list, and I really took a lot of time to make it. All the text descriptions of sites are all written by me. Everything is done manually. A real comfortable feel is what im shooting for.

Right now im submitting free sites to other link lists with my recip on it, I'm submitting galleries to TGP's with my recip on them, I'm trading as many links as I can find. Am I on the right track?

Any advice is appreciated.

/edit - I just started promoting it yesterday so its safe to assume traffic is about zero right now. lol

Just started my first TGP last week. 3-400/day. Not sure what more I can do to get galleries submitted. Also thinking bout buying traffic. Not sure which brokers are credible out there. Also lookin for one that can turn on and off traffic.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Ok, same advice for you too. I think your site is too clean. Spend some time to make a really good design, something that is tighter and doesn't require so much scolling. I do like that it's organized. You did a good job of keeping it easy flowing.

I wouldn't use a front page either. All the link trades on the page are driving traffic away from your site. People come to your site, see these other links, click them and leave.

Thanks for the advice! I do have an affiliate program: http://www.livwylder.com/webmasters.htm just haven't done much in the way of promoting it yet. I'll get the link to it on my page and try to get some webmasters interested. I'll also spend more time trying to get some hard links. I am going to make some design changes, but really want to stick to doing it all myself. I'm learning as I go and really appreciate your help!

Nice site. I would just focus on getting more trades.

I recommend you list your trades on the left or right. This will get your trades more traffic and you'll be able to have more listed. Trades work best with you don't send blind traffic.

Getting 500 odd hits a day to http://www.freeukpornpix.com and really want to increase this to up traffic to all my sites.

We do have a affiliate program at http://www.slagcash.com with free hosted galleries, what can we do, more traffic trade's, get an extra webmaster in and have been offered one at $895 8 hours a day 6 days a week, are they worth it, can they bring in enough extra business to cover costs and make extra.
