What's wrong with my page?

Hi,
the last months I have a lot of trouble to keep trafic trades and can't increase the traffic on my page http://www.teeniepost.com . What's wrong on my page? The click rate is very bad and so on.....
Can someone help me or give me some tips?

I have to scroll a bit sidewards on Your site. Also, I have IE explore and when i scroll down Your site start to look strange in the right side - very strange. I've never seen that before. It could be my browser but then again - I've not seen it before.

The way the page loads isn't good, instead of the thumbs loading one by one, they only show up after all are loaded...when scolling down during loading, you get a "smear" effect in IE which makes the page looks broken for several seconds. I can't say exactly why this is, it has something to do with the way your tables are built.

The width is enourmous, even in 1024x768 (most users still have 800x600) I have to scroll left and right, so maybe get rid of those text "towers" with trades and last weeks galleries, they don't really fit in the design anyway.

The thumb quality is quite bad, 90% of them look a bit ugly: blurry, strange colors, overcompressed, showstorm. No offense man, but it's the thumbs people should click. Bright, smooth looking thumbs would probably increase you click ratio alot. Random example from one of your trades: http://www.candycoatedteens.com/ look at their thumbs, yummy !

Your overall design is really nice, you got some heavy hitters in your trades, the site just needs some optical tuning imho.
