Rule changes for Jack Thumbs
It should not be a big deal for most webmasters, but the main change is that galleries now which have a small embedded url within the full sized pictures to the licensee and/or license/copyright notice on the page will be given a higher priority than those which do not. A small step in hopefully reducing those webmasters who use stolen content.
