What TGP Software is this site using, and some $$$

Hey all,

Anyone able to tell me what software http://www.gigagalleries.com/ is using?

I have seen several sites (Maybe 10-15) that use a VERY similar format so Im assuming it is a script, but havent worked out what.

Im new to TGP's and would like to set one up - but would prefer to pay someone to do it for me.
