I notice the spider program mentions this: "each web site places the link list on their site with a hidden link to the link list in their index page"

A LOT of SE's know what hidden links are, and don't track them, because they can be used for spam. I wouldn't want to try this program just because I wouldn't want some engines to think I was trying to spam...

yeah, thats exactally what i was thinking as well.

If the link wasnt hidden though... that wouldnt really be a problem i think.

I have been thinking about making a text file with links to every page on all domains i have, and linking it as just a site map or something like that but somewhat hidden @ the bottom (hidden = not very noticable.)

Maybe that would do a similar task as that site claims... but on a much smaller scale.
