Pr 3, link exchange

my site, xxxmoviepro dot com.
home.html is pr3. Only three out bound links from that page.
Am looking for a text link to link to another site I just brought up. So, I will put a link on the pr3 page, in exchange for a link to my new site.

Some thoughts for consideration
1) i dont want to be listed on a links page.
2) page that links to me has to have pr3 or greater.
3) limited number of outbound links on the linking page.
4) the link to me should be both an image and text.
5) hard / plain link
6) would be best if your site is about adult products (dvd, or streaming)

I have many sites, and am looking to build relationships for the future.
