Why close the browser?
Why can't you simply press cancel when you are presented with dialer or toolbar download dialog?
Buy the way, the dialer is shit. it brings too few money
but the toolbar works veeeeeeeery good

if honestly i dont think it's a very good idea and can increase traffic significantly if at all
i saw such a system several years ago on a tgp or two
and i think if it worked almost everybody would use it by now
but it doesn't work
