My rules are strict. But I am in a good mood this week. Load me up with everythign you got. All I ask for is a recip and no surfer trickery and index page to link to. If you have a shitlaod to add, just send me an html file in the description field and lay it out like this
Site Name - Nice descriptive text. Be creative, be funny, Knock my surfers out with shock value.
Site name being hyperlinked to the freesite. Also category would be nice to know too
