The more exposure you get for your site the better -- so you may not see a ton of traffic but you will see more return visitors -- that is just my opinion though -- lol.

Well like I say it's hit and miss. Some people have success with it and some people don't. A lot depends on where you will be uploading the videos to and how many views they'll get.
