wordpress multi install?

m trying to install wordpress at amerinoc.com. Im wanting my pages all subdomain.url.com

But from what ive done i got

subdomain.url.com/wp/
subdomain3.url.com/wp/

Etc

I just want to install wordpress once then just create subdomains. Like what smutpost.com does.

I have a webpage on url.com. And when I try to install wp with out /wp/ it wont allow it saying i have a index.php file allready and to remove that file.

Is there A easy fix. I cant seem to figure it out. I was thinking of learning to do a clean install. I used the one click install that amerinoc offers.

Remove the index.php file from the root directory. Most virtual hosts have a default page that comes preinstalled on the domain for parking. So just go into FTP to www/url.com or whatever and remove the www/url.com/index.php file. Upload WP to a clean directory. Make sure you remove any .htacess file that may be in there as well.
