Blind/Skimmed vs PopUnder

Just wondering what has worked best for you guys in terms of getting good quality traffic and sales. The blind or skimmed traffic seems like it would work better since the person is actually clicking on something even if he kinda gets tricked by being sent to a diff site.

PopUnder seems like they are less likely to even look at the ad or site. I know if I get a popunder I close it without looking at what it is. I could be totally wrong though so what do you guys think?

When I'm looking at things I usually tend to back out of a skimmed click. I've clicked a few popunders though. Pop ups I close before they even finish loading. That's just my personal take on things.

Thanks, what about anyone that has bought skimmed or popunder traffic? What works better?
